Abiquo Gains Market Traction, Wins BlueFire

Abiquo Enterprise Edition is gaining significant market traction, particularly among enterprises and hosting providers.  A recent example is BlueFire, a leading managed and cloud IT provider and Dimension Data Group company, which selected Abiquo because of its unique combination of advanced functionality and usability.

BlueFire and Abiquo have entered into a development and innovation partnership, integrating the Abiquo Enterprise Cloud Management platform with BlueFire’s own IP to enable its hosted compute infrastructure-as-a-service private cloud solution.  In conjunction with BlueFire’s strategic partners Cisco, NetApp and Citrix, this solution allows enterprise organizations to control infrastructure spanning compute, storage, networking and security.  The solution is designed to provide single-pane-of-glass management of both on-premise client infrastructure and across infrastructure-as-a-service delivered from BlueFire datacenters to create a secure private cloud environment.
